Awesome product & customer service! I work for a small local business that’s had a few name tag issues. Rob was so understanding & helpful. 1st issue, our name tags kept fading. 2nd issue, we couldn’t find anybody that made or sold name tags related to our business (flooring business). 3rd issue, my boss recently had a loop recorder procedure done & couldn’t have a magnetic back, while the rest of us wanted a magnetic back. Rob addressed all of our issues & delivered us exactly what we wanted & needed for next to nothing! He was extremely prompt when replying. I messaged him on a whim, curious if he could create & produce what we needed & I was pleasantly surprised when he was 100% capable & willing!
